MARGARET DILLANE - PRINCIPAL

Started Happy Days in 1990 , Montessori qualified to the age of 12 , BEd (Hons) & MA , 35 Years of Montessori teaching experience , Child Psychology Diploma, Head of Assessment and Mentoring for ME(UK) , ME(UK) Mentor and Assessor , Teaching Practice Tutor, Montessori Course Tutor, Committee member of the Brent EYCG, Montessori Examiner, Completed EYPS Training, PG Cert SEN [MEfA], External Examiner for UEL. Trained as  a Reiki Master, Energy Chakra Healing; Bio-Energy Therapy [Family and Friends],  Doterra Essential Oils and Aroma touch.

SHANTELLE GARDNER  - DEPUTY MANAGER - MONTESSORI DIRECTRESS

Joined Happy Days in 1995; she moved to another nursery in 2012 and returned to Happy Days in 2021. Montessori Qualified stage 1 to the age of 6. Completed an Early Years Foundation Degree and is currently restudying for her Montessori Diploma

MANIHA DARR  - MONTESSORI ASSISTANT STUDENT

Joined Happy Days in 2024 , Maniha has joined Happy Days as a Montessori assistant student

ANULA DEVENDRA - NVQ LEVEL 3 MONTESSORI DIRECTRESS

After completing her Teaching Practice at Happy Days, Anula joined the team full-time in September 2012. Anula is currently studying the Montessori Foundation course
